Results offer insight into the top concerns of today’s IT professionals NEW YORK, October 1, 2012 – Knoa® Software, the leading provider of user experience and performance management software, today announced results of a survey conducted during its recent webinar entitled “Thinking of Application Performance Management? Don’t Do It. Find Out More.” Knoa polled global information technology professionals across a broad range of functions about their overall satisfaction with Application Performance Management (APM), features used, performance, diversity of use of APM tools, use cases for APM tools and other relevant information to the market. The Knoa survey results revealed that 100% of all respondents have experienced performance problems with at least 30% of their applications. To combat this, the majority of respondents (75%) are currently using an APM monitoring tool, while more than 35% have a basic user experience management (UEM) tool in place.
